Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Leadopine platform operated by Leadopine ('we', 'our'). By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Leadopine is a B2B buyer discovery and outreach platform. It uses AI to research, qualify, and generate outreach drafts for potential international buyers based on your product information. All outreach emails are sent from your own connected mailbox — never from Leadopine infrastructure.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Leadopine only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails or spam
• Using the platform to harass, deceive, or impersonate others
• Attempting to bypass the per-email approval workflow
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the platform's infrastructure

3. Quotas & Billing

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. Key billing rules:

• Only leads with a qualification score ≥ 80 count against your plan quota
• Unused quota does not carry over between billing periods
• Refunds are not provided for partially used periods unless required by law
• Enterprise plans are subject to separate commercial agreements

4. Intellectual Property

The Leadopine platform, including all software, branding, and documentation, is the sole property of Leadopine. You retain full ownership of all content you input (product briefs, company data). You grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that buyer matches will result in commercial relationships, that all leads will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Buyer discovery is an AI-assisted process and all results should be independently verified before acting on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadopine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

• Minor updates may take effect immediately
• Material changes require 14 days notice
• Your continued use constitutes acceptance
