  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, research queries submitted
  • Communication data: messages, support requests, outreach drafts you create
  • OAuth tokens: limited credentials for your connected email account (Gmail/Outlook) used solely to send approved emails

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the Leadopine platform
  • Process buyer discovery research on your behalf
  • Send approved outreach emails from your connected mailbox
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and support
  • Analyze aggregate usage to improve our services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
  • AI providers (Anthropic) solely to process your research — under confidentiality agreements

4. Data Isolation

Each workspace's data — research, leads, correspondence, and settings — is strictly isolated. No data from your workspace is ever accessible to or shared with other Leadopine customers.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to certain processing activities
  • Export your data in a portable format

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data and workspace content are permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. We do not store email credentials — only OAuth tokens that can be revoked at any time.
